    VIR official

I'm also waiting for Esterigon parts for VIR for a long time. Dear Imeo, please give us some information when you are planning to do this. My Proteus is collecting dust. To be honest, it's not practical for me because of weak batteries. Using Proteus as a mechanical mod should work though (I'm...

    GG Tilemahos Armed

LEGO time... You can use the GG4S style cap without telescope like this: - GGTS (or JGG) Venting Cap - GGTS Tube + Stealth Rethreader (or JGG tube) - GGTS Extension Sleeve (upper battery tube) - GG4S Style Cap for GGTS/JGG Length is just 91mm.

@woita, because of the "hybrid" connection, pressure can escape from the inner tube and the button cutout does the rest.

Maybe it's 0.22Ω he is measuring? @keighles: with 26G you'll need 10 wraps around 2.5mm or 12 wraps around 2.0mm to get a resistance above 0.4Ω. However, as @woita already pointed out, Proteus works better with thinner wire. This is because 14500 batteries are too weak and voltage may fall...

    Cybrillion official

My Cybrillion worked fine on arrival... My guess: it happened when I disassembled the mod. The brass ring was very tight, so it needed some force to unscrew (pliers actually). Now, holding the tube with one hand around the stem while unscrewing will put some tension to the stem. A tiny twist...

Guys, I also had the hot button issue, but I think I solved it. The bow was a little twisted, so it did not touch the inner tube by its full width to make good contact. After bending it a little everything seems fine again. To check if you have the same problem: - remove the inner tube and look...

    Proteus official

Seems so, yes. Btw, has anyone tested Proteus with flat top batteries? I know Imeo said we should use button-top, but maybe it's worth a test. I have some flat-top Efest V1 which perform very good (Pene v4 & Nemesis mini) and their top is slightly raised, so I've not yet given up hope.

I just disassembled my Cybrillion. At the bottom, between the two brass rings, there are two O-rings. I am wondering what the smaller (inner) O-ring is good for?

Stunned, it doesn't make much of a difference. The air has to travel through the center post which has a lot smaller cross section then the air holes.

    Proteus official

Imeo, I have a few questions about the specification of Proteus: 1. Minimum (cold) resistance: I think you said it's 0.4Ω 2. Maximum (cold) resistance: ?? 3. Minimum output voltage: ?? 4. Maximum output voltage: ?? 5. Maximum output current: ?? Thanks in advance!

    Tilemahos new rebuildable part (springomizer)

I'm already prepared for Zirconium... Zirconium will be great for TC as well as mechanical mods. With a TC of 0.0044/K, the resistance increases by ~90% at typical vaping temperatures. Using the same dimension as the SS springs (0.35mm wire, 2.9mm id) would result in a 10-15% lower hot...

Makes me sad, really... To me, GG and ESG always seemed inseparable, like two sides of the same thing. Thanks for your outstanding support & service. All the best Chris
