    Good morning, looks like the usual hot and stormy here but it was nice sitting outside having my morning coffee. My plans are to groom dogs and go back to my 2nd home (car dealership) to pick up baby bug and hope they have good news about the AC but I doubt it.

    We had electrical issues and the recommendation was to change them all at the same time (some were sparking). This house has more than 72 but a few were newer so not replaced. The hardest part is they don't speak English and I don't speak Spanish so we have a bit of a communication issue.

    Love all the nice pics. We are having our usual weather...storms. It started raining so hard on my way home that I couldn't see the lanes and if I didn't have GPS, I would have missed my turnoff. I miss the PNW with the gentle rain.
