So the only exposure I've had to TC is the Vaporshark rDNA40 and the Snowwolf. I loved my Snowwolf but unfortunately I lost it recently. I'm just wondering if it's worth it to take the plunge to get a Lavabox or to go back to Snowwolf? Any other suggestions are more than welcome!
I can't understand anything he says with the Stephen Hawking filter
Honestly I still think the 1.5 was worth it. I need to see the v2 it looks like the same with two airhols and a non gold deck. I'd need to see it.
@t01ga I've tried all those, but you don't get sick of them I feel like their...
Sorry I read the description just admiring the precision. I semi-agree on the 38g aliens being not too hard, but that thing is art. Who cares how it vapes at that point. I don't usually drool over coilporn but that one's awesome Tom. Only because I can imagine the amount of time put into that. I...
@Tom Forde 40+ AWG is what you want. Despite any other build my constant go to is high gauge fused Clapton's. 44 has been the sweet spot. I'm dying to try 50/55g, but I know it will be my downfall since builders like Squidoode are struggling for more than 4" of it at a time.
My current...

So I've had my Aeolus v2 a few days now, and the only thing I can say is I wish I bought it sooner. Didn't see much online about the v2 before I got it so naturally I had a lot of questions. The flavor really wasn't overexaggerated by owners, it's that good. As much as I love the Derringer, the...
I've thought about it, but it really doesn't have the airflow to support crazy builds. Like I found for flavor on 26/36-38 aliens it is my favorite Atty. Anything that goes more I go to the Velocity.
Btw I have a con with the Velocity finally. After two months of ownership the side screws are...
Scrap build!
Had some 26N80/40N80 Fused Clapton wire and a bunch of ribbon laying around so I tigered the .5mm K1 to 26AN80 and wrapped them parallel around 2.5mm at .23ohm. Thing is a flavor beast on the Petri. Its definetly nice building paralled and staged builds on the Petri with the two...
Also all this talk of flavor made me dust off the old Derringer with a 26AN80/40N80 standard Clapton 6 wraps around 2.5mm clocking in at .25ohm.
Sometimes simple is a nice change, but I still like my aggressive sub .2ohm flavor chucking builds so much more...
Also don't judge for the one crap...
No this month they're both on the way, pheno hasn't shipped and it's been almost a week and a half so I'm assuming it's backordered, but the Aeolus is arriving any day, I'll post pics and my opinion of it when it gets here.
Yes it broke the vape budget, I recently upped it with my pay raise...
At the end of the day aliens are just a game of willpower, just when you give up that's when you can do it. They're frustrating, but you'll get it eventually. Also last recommendation try higher gauge outer wire 34/36g outer N80. I find the cores get less messed up. I still find 32 and 34 harder...
I like N80 more personally I find it likes to stick together better, but I've just been using K1 since I ordered way too much of it. Also in general I like the flavor waaay more from N80.
Either way personally I hate working with ribbon wire. I've had too many time intensive builds ruined...
Derringer is a known flavor champ and it does exactly that, just you're a little limited on space in terms of what you can build in it.
The velocity, however, produces slightly less flavor in simple builds, but has the hole space to fit anything you can dream up. So for me the velocity is my #1...
I have a Uwell Crown, but have yet to use the RBA for it so I can't comment on that, but even with the disposable coils it is my go to tank. Flavor is as good as I've seen in a tank and it has some pretty solid vapor production, and as an added bonus I've literally only had one leak from it and...
Yes noticeably.
Also for anyone having issues I've found the more "prep" work and precautions you take to make sure the center 3 wires don't collapse on each other, the cleaner it will be. For me I bend a 90 degree angle at the bottom of all the core wires (one for each split of the chuck) then...
