I just got off the phone with our rep. He hasn't seen the Fuchai personally (and they don't actually have them in stock, yet). He personally doesn't believe that they will have firmware upgrades and won't change his mind until he sees a firmware update released from Sig. He also didn't seem...
I also couldn't find info from any official Sigelei sources on the Fuchai being up-gradable. I was rather hoping someone here may have one in hand by this time.
I can't remember specifically if the newsletter mentioned firmware being up-gradable for the carbon fiber 213 and my deleted emails...
A bit of background: I co-own a small vape shop (no online presence). We don't deal direct with many companies, but our supplier just put out a notice that the Fuchai 213 is now available for order. At the end of the notice it also says "Buy your firmware upgradable Sigelei Fuchai 213 and...
I'm personally not interested in using TC, but I've been debating with myself to give it a try with this mod just to test it. However, it's been working very well for me in power mode. My brother has one too and he also doesn't use TC and has had no issues.
Been using my 213 for a couple days now. It has misfired on a couple of occasions, but I really don't even think about it 'cause my Sig 75TC does the same thing.
Edit to say that I think this may be the nicest mod I've had my hands on.
Hand crank from an old telephone may do the trick. Made the mistake once of holding one in my hand and gave it a spin. Instantly numb from my fingers to shoulder.
No pic, but the manual says:
1. Fire + Down - VV/VW/TC switched
2. Up + Down button - Calibrate atomizer Ni200/Ti switched
3. Fire + Up button - Joule/Fahrenheit switched
