    RDA Two Post 26650 RDA

Hey y'all, quick question. I recently got the 18650 L-phenotype, and I've really been digging the options the two post set up offers. I've also had the zephyr buddha 26650 as my daily driver for a few months, and I love the airflow and the ability to work on fat coils from every angle. I've...

Are there Tanks that work at around 0.1ohms?

I'm in the tfv4 camp. It's a really solid tank once you get the hang of the o-rings, which can be a pain. I haven't seen it mentioned, but the crown is pretty good too. I've been using the tfv4 almost exclusively when gaming or doing sustained focus activities. It definitely is not a tank for...

Clapton coils for TC advice needed

Looks great! I'm glad you had success! Cheers! :toast:

Clapton coils for TC advice needed

If you can fit 15 in your deck, definitely do it. 8 would be minimum. I wrap mine on a 3mm drill bit and love the results. Cheers!

Definitely go for as many wraps as you can fit, the sig 75 has trouble reading coils close to its lowest limit.

Clapton coils for TC advice needed

Definitely get that DNA200. I'm running mine on a sig 150 tc, so it reads in joules. As I understand it, joules is the # of watts per second fired into the coil, so that DNA200 would be right on par or better than what I'm running it on. I'm glad you're liking the flavor! Definitely check out...

Clapton coils for TC advice needed

Absolutely; the box doesn't read the clapton wire as part of the overall resistance so your mod would only see the inner 28g. Definitely single coil due to the super low resistance on 26g. I wrap mine on 3mm. The more wraps the better with ni200; as the ramp up time on it is negligible at 50j...

    Flavor/Cloud Chaser Builds

If you have a temp control device, you can get great flavor out of your doge. When I am going for flavor out of that atty I'll run a single ni200 clapton on single coil airflow, with the airflow half closed. I am running my temp control off a sigelei 150 tc, and because I'm using a 28g...

Clapton coils for TC advice needed

I've had the same experience as Robert. I typically do a 28g kanthal 28 ni200 twisted core and wrap that with 32g kanthal. The ramp up time is manageable and the flavor is conistent. They also work well spaced, but I love building my coils with tons of wraps, so I have to get rid of spacing to...

    Flavor/Cloud Chaser Builds

For clouds, I usually stick to my doge v2. It's been a work horse for me, and lately I've been making twisted 28g nickel/kanthal claptons to get great clouds and consistent flavor. As for flavor, my go to is an Aeolus with a 6 wrap single coil fused Clapton. She gets a little hot but it's the...

    Making coils: Needing advice

You can rebuild them forever, in theory. Great work on rebuilding those coils, you have a lot more patience than I do. It would be worth your while to move up to a small box mod with an easy going tank, like a kanger subtank or the previously mentioned aspire nautilus. Those coil heads are...

    Clapton Dragons

Awesome video, looks like a sweet set up. I recently switched to twisted clapton stove tops, but it looks like another build day is in order. Cheers!

    Clapton Dragons

There's a pervasive debate about the efficacy of dragon coils/wicking vs normal macro/micro/nano coils with standard wicking, and while this debate is all well and good, I'm not looking to use this thread as a theatre for that debate. I've been working with claptons for the last two months...

    UD clapton wire

I love the UD Clapton; it's very versatile, reliable, and mine came clean after a dry burn or two. I find it's perfect for when you want to do a more complex build with Clapton wire but don't have a drill or the patience to make it yourself. For instance, I just did a double twisted wrap with...

    Thee Best Set-Up Ever...

I had the derringer for a while, but eventually gave it to my friend because I was tired of getting spit on by the juice. Also, it's great for flavor chasers who don't care about clouds as much, but I'm greedy and like to try to get great flavor and huge clouds. The only of those three I own...
