    I realize that recipes that contain different flavors doesn't work for me. When the flavors are alike, such as 3 different strawberries, for me that works. There are exceptions to every rule, but not many.

    Fireball: Bourbon(Kentucky)-fw-3% Cinnamon red hots-tfa-1.5% Milk flavor-fa-2% Rum(Jamaica)-2.3% Sweet cream-fw-2% The first time I mixed this, I used 2.5% cinnamon red hots. It was too strong for me, maybe start cinnamon red hots at 1% and go from there.

    I've been reading some articles stating that some nicotine is beneficial , especially for older people, which I am one of. My question being how much nicotine? I'm thinking 2.5to 3 mg/ml, I now vape zero nicotine and don't know which way to go.
