I think that's a typo - on the SXmini site, they call it the SXmini M Class, and the original is the SXmini S Class.

You can't use NI with a normal setup. It's only used with the DNA40's temp control system. An NI coil is typically around 0.15 ohms.

I think I used a coin the first time I got it, and haven't done it since. The way the battery interacts with the cap and the spring, all you have to do is push a little with your thumb flat on the cap while turning and you can open it pretty easily without using anything.
