Does the standard Xhaler kit come with the two smaller batts to run at 3.7 and 5.0v. Not the deluxe kit that comes with all the goodies. Also just confirming that if I get the KR808-D1 tip that I can use V4L cartos since I have a bunch of them at the moment? Any info would be appreciated...
