gotcha, so the base with the airhole is stuck to the metal bracket part... Do you have rubber gripper pads that you can open jars with? that might help you hold on the the pieces, while you try to unscrew them..

sounds like it was over tightened... from your pic I see that it's just the 2 bottom pieces that are stuck together, so yeah - you are going to need to get them apart in order to do that.. hopefully this helps... if it doesn't, take it to a B&M and they'll help you.

Well it didn't look burnt, but I had a spare coil on hand. So, I changed it out and now it's fine. Simple fix, I just really didn't want to use it because I just changed it :/. Thanks for the quick response! Easy fix. And I'll keep an eye for not overfilling it.
