I've gone from 30 cigarettes a day to only four and very little vaping to resist the urge to smoke more. At only 6mg, I can't imagine any wattage that would make this TOO much nicotine for me. I don't think I'm confused. I've already said I'm going to let the nic level stay where it is now and...

Yeah I haven't really been able to chain vape at all because it's just too much for me as it is. And the vape shop lady seemed to just focus on how heavy of a smoker I am and started recommending all these stronger more advanced ones because she said I wouldn't be satisfied with any beginner things.

The juice is the e-liquid? Because it doesn't have any of that information on the box or bottle, it just says its 6mg/ml nicotine and it's Halo Menthol Ice.
