Now you'r just being crazy the solder wont warm up enough to release any chemicals but if you're still afraid of it just go ahead and buy lead free solder

You have to be careful not to melt it but i didn't have any problems ! And of course, if you can get a new adapater that's a better choice always this is just a fix
