    I used to be a regular, but you guys helped me so much, I became very self sufficient. No excuse for not popping in to say hi now and then though. Still quit smoking ... 2 1/2 years for hubby and I now. I always gave ECF people full credit for our success. The advice and support was invaluable.

    I'd love to do this, because I'm not a fan of FB. But as I said, I have family and friends from one side of the globe to the other, and highly value the ability FB gives me to keep in touch with them all on a daily basis.
