I have emailed some of the recommended shops in Cebu to enquire if they have higher nicotine strength juices - now on 16 mg/ml (pref. tobacco flavour) but they all come back telling me max is 6 mg/ml. Anyone got any ideas for other shops to try? Or in Bohol, Negros, Pannay, Palawan? Thanks!
