That is a well known issue with this RTA, unfortunately. It doesn't lock together so can be a pain when putting it together or building.

just an fyi, i had pre-ordered the .8 ss ccell and my vendor just emailed me saying that Vaporesso has changed those to be .6 and that they will ship next week, so the .8 apparently won't be available to purchase separately.

I missed your reply as well lol. an update on my gemini experience: after switching to the .8 ss coil which was looking bad at first, its actually been my primary vape for weeks now. the problem was mainly the .5. Hesitant to order the .5, going to wait for the .8 but can't find anywhere yet...

Ok my .5 ccell is now in the super tank mini, and what a difference! This is how it is supposed to perform. in the gemini, i was getting repeated dry hits towards the 40watt limit, and had to either turn the wattage way down below 35 watts or use temp control, which i didn't really want to do...

Oh and the Gemini tank itself...very nice looking. convenient top fill. What is annoying though, is the top airflow getting adjusted unintentionally. And the whole thing doesn't seem like it is sealed vacuum-tight when I close all the air off. I've just been leaving the juice control wide open...

The bottom has a big o-ring that supports the glass, theres not really another spot this one could go into, unless it rests on top of another o-ring? never heard of that before tho. Didn't have any leaking overnight, so seems to be working ok without it!

I received my Tobeco super tank mini today and am on my first tank. so far so good. For those who have it I have a question, after I washed it, i noticed a loose O-ring in the sink. i couldn't figure out where it went in the tank, and i know it wasn't from the Melo 2 i had washed out too today...

I agree the tank is pretty good. The o-rings on the drip tip could be beefier though, its a little loose at times. and maybe it was just mine, but when doing primer pulls i got the feeling the tank wasn't 100% air tight, but never had leaks or anything. my coils go up to a week before flavor...
