Double shipment from MBV

Anybody ever receive a double shipment from MBV? I made a $30 order a couple of weeks ago and received it 2 days later. Today I got another package of the exact same order. No new charges at my bank so far. At MBV's website order details shows in the order/comment instruction line "AF RESHIP-...

Potential problem?

I got my BSB a couple of weeks ago and had a bit of overfill seepage at the atty connector. When I removed the atty and wiped the connection area off some paint came with it. Can anyone familiar with powder coating tell me if once the flaking starts that it will continue?
