I use the same style tips and have the same problem if i do not keep on top of it. I just wipe it out with some rolled kitchen towel every day when i swap the tip to clean it. Kind of stops it before the problem has chance to start.

I used to vape a blend the same as you minus the vanilla bean ice cream all day every day. I found it needed at least a month to steep.

Only time i had that problem a little tightening of the chimney cured it.

I love the 2K16 so much and i guess i was afraid that the tanks and parts might be suddenly out of production. That was my reason to stock up. Maybe i have a lifetime supply now.

I am kind of proud of myself though, no urge to try the 2K18 at all.

Yes and about 35 spare tanks,insulators etc. I have been using two Doggies exclusively for over two years now and have yet to change a tank or other part. Maybe i went a little overboard. LOL.

I think i have 8 SJMY's and 6 SXK's. I only really use the SJMY versions now.

The 18490 is 1.3 mm shorter than the 18500's i got and with the 18490's the battery door will close correctly.

Loving my Corals! One thing of note for anyone who can find one.The battery is 18490 size and not 18500 as advertised.

@Brewdawg1181 I am the same,only use the SJMY now,just prefer a more open draw. Beside that the quality is good on both versions.Let me know how the replacement airflow works out,i will order a few if they are ok.

@magicmyst Depends on what gauge the wire is. I use 28 GA SS316L and 15 watts is around right for TC. Thicker wire might require more.

This is a great mystery to me. The sxk tank will not fit the SJMY and vice versa. The acrylic tank fits both versions perfectly.How does that work out?

2 Doggies in constant daily rotation exclusively. I change coils around 4-6 months and my Rayon every three weeks. There is nothing wrong with either the coils or wick then,just change in case. I do only vape "unflavored" now, that might make a difference.
