I don't have a dog in this hunt but, I remember a discussion a little while back that suggested the 60 day period referred to legislative days. The argument was that the congress hadn't been in session enough to accumulate the 60 days and hence the deeming would be able to be invalidated.

The problem isn't that the FDA will find your free sample with the vape sniffing dogs but rather that the shops and websites will not risk the giving of said samples. Therefore, no more free samples. FDA gets the outcome they desire.

If you want a tighter draw similar to a cigarette I'd suggest a kayfun lite or kayfun 3.1 clone. They are old school, proven and really inexpensive.
