Unfortunately no it's no longer under warranty. It's disappointing but such is life. It was great while it lasted. I'll ve thinking twice (maybe 5 times) before purchasing a wismec/joyetech product in the future. Thanks for the feedback. :)

I have the Tres and The fire button went off and got stuck bc it was in my front pocket and I leaned over to get something from my trunk. I had to quickly unscrew the atty for it to stop and then use tweezers to unstick the fire button. It's a awesome device but def not meant for pocket carry.
Just fwiw, I would never use a mod with such a fault. Could easily screw down in your pocket and auto fire.

I may need to get a better spring from home depot etc. I actually find it the most difficult to fire from all 9 of my tube mechs. Also if I screww on the bottom contact piece all the way, it fires and I have to back it off in order for it to stop. Anyone out there have similar issues with...
I own this mod and have tried to pocket it myself. I found it too easy to fire when I sat down. Of course depending on how tight your pants are. I ended up taking off my atty when in pocket for the day. I now only carry it in hand or jacket pocket. I do love the mod though.
