Sorry canvape charged me twice

Ecf charged me twice after telling me my card was declined so i put a block on my card for now till i get this resolved

I went to make a payment and it told me declined so i thought i made a mistake so i typed in info again told me i was declined again so i called my credit card company and they told me you guys charged me twice
