I quit smoking cigs. 361 days ago. Smoked for 21 years. (1+ pack a day) I would not go back. (I have even quit vaping through buying lower and lower nic amounts)

I am having the same thoughts. i can now smell a smoker from across the room, and when I smoked, I actually believed that no one could really smell me. How stupid. I now know some people who smoke that i didn't know did before. It's great to have my sense of smell back!

Congratulations!!!!! In approximately 50 more days I will have not smoked a cigarette for 1 year. If you would have asked me at the beginning of 2010 would I quit smoking, I would have laughed. But it happened! I tried e-cigs and never looked back. Congratulations again!!!!
