I chain vape at home unless I'm doing crafty stuff. My nic level is slowly being reduced since the pv is always in my hand/mouth and I don't want to over do. I didn't get the quitter's "spread" since I vape instead of snack when the sweet tooth attacks.

VG is a humectant and may dry out mucus membranes. See if upping your water intake helps. (I had the worst case of dry mouth...)
