    Best MTL RTA to date

Heh. Yeah, few share my opinion. I've used a lot of tanks and, in the end, they are just more of the same. That's the main reason I'm rarely on any vape sites (including this one) any longer. There's nothing "new" for me. Vaping has long since stopped being a "hobby" for me and, instead, just a...

    Best MTL RTA to date

For me, it comes down to ease of use, maintenance, and acceptable air flow as, flavour wise, I find they're all pretty much the same. Unpopular opinion, I know, but...as I've said in the past...it's wire and cotton in a tank. They all work pretty much the same, and I ain't changin' my mind. ;)...

Pico 75 (Original) Torx bit size?

    Thanks, Folks. :)

Pico 75 (Original) Torx bit size?

Hey, folks. My wife and I each have a couple of the orignal Pico 75s. The torx screws on the bottom and top plates are coming loose and just need a quick tighten. Anyone know the bit size? Kinda clueless about this stuff (Had to search for the bit type before even looking...lol). I have...

    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

Welp, I probably have enough "The Supreme" left for about a 20-30% mix. Guess I'll try it! When I mixed my "fun" flavours for DTL (I only vape tobacco MTL), I always went high enough that folks told me I was "doing it wrong". Pfffft...lol. I soon realized that there was more opinion than...

    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

When I say, "Mix for DTL", I usually mean lowering the nicotine level (I vape 18mg mtl; 3mg dtl) and maybe changing the pg/vg ratio. That said, the same juice can taste vastly different between the two styles. Usually all the flavours are there when I change to DTL, they're just at different...

    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

I'm pretty much the opposite. I used to have a DTL setup always on hand "just for fun", but my MTL vape was the only thing that could satisfy. Anyway, I've never noticed this with any other flavours, just Stixx Mixx. Differences, yes, but not so pronounced. That said, maybe I'll dig out some of...

    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

Just curious... For those of you using Stixx Mixx, are you MTL or DTL? I'm a MTL guy and have tried a handful of of flavours from Stixx Mixx and they've all left me underwhelmed. But, and the reason for this post, if I mix them for DTL I find they're damned good. It's almost like he's "tuned"...

    Low cost scale

This is what I use: https://www.amazon.com/Smart-Weigh-SWS100-Digital-Pocket/dp/B00EPO9M2Y/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=Smart+Weigh+SWS100+Elite+Series&qid=1575323451&sr=8-1 1 1/2 years later of moderate use (I don't mix often) and still does exactly what I need it to.

Little itty bitty mods under $100.

I'm in Canada. So, not a concern. I have plenty of 18650 mods, so not an issue if it does go bad up here....which is unlikely.

Little itty bitty mods under $100.

Question 'cause I'm too lazy to do more research than I already have... Pulling the trigger on a replacement Pico 75W (the original). However, during the process the Target Mini II caught my eye. For those who own and use it, how's it been holding up? Battery life? Not usually a fan of lipos as...

Need percentage recommendations for TFA/TPA Menthol

Thanks for the suggestions, folks. :thumb: Mixed at 1% with "Sweet Brightleaf" from Stixx Mixx (a "plain" tobacco, to my taste, that I like to have mixed up and on hand), and the 1% seems to be about where I'd want it.

Need percentage recommendations for TFA/TPA Menthol

Thanks, guys. I was leaning towards 0.5-1% based on what I found researching....So, think I'll start at 0.5 and go from there.

Need percentage recommendations for TFA/TPA Menthol

Every now and then I get a craving for a menthol/tobacco vape (I only vape tobaccos). Now is one of those times. That said, I added TFA/TPA Menthol to my most recent order, but not really sure of a good percentage as I've never used it. So, if you've gone after that "menthol cigarette" feel...

    SXK DOGGY STYLE

As a loyal Doggy 2K16 user (and one, like Rcon, who has stopped looking for anything new...tank, mod, or anything vape replated) I wish I could provide more help to those struggling a bit with it, but I can't. Truth is they've been the easiest and most trouble free tanks to work with, and...

    SXK DOGGY STYLE

Like AngeNZ, as low as I can without shorting. Probably ends up 1-2mm above the air hole. It's a good test for your eyesight, at the very least...I've since learned I'm way overdue for and eye exam, and I'm reminded each freakin' time I coil this bugger. ;)

    SXK DOGGY STYLE

I personally use a 2.5mm ID, 7 wrap, 28 gauge build in my 2k16's. Like you, low wattage (lower, actually...7.5W) and a tight draw. May get the occasional gurgle, but nothing to write home about. As someone suggested, you may be drawing in too hard for the amount of wicking you have. But, with a...

Gear you would give to your worst enemy

There must have been bad batches as I wasn't the only one to complain (I had one of the first) or they fixed the chip in later runs. I was going through 2 3000mah batteries plus a chunk of another under nearly the same conditions as yours in less than 24 hours. On my other mods, 1 battery would...

Gear you would give to your worst enemy

Put that same battery and build in another mod, run it at the same wattage, and I'd bet you good money you'd get 3 days usage. It was that bad for me. :)

Gear you would give to your worst enemy

Haha. Yep, a support group may be needed. ;) The N2 certainly works and, of course, the coils are good and solid. I just found it was very poorly designed from a usability point of view. My wife still uses the Mini as her all-day vape...if that (and our spare) ever gave up the ghost, I'd pay a...
