    Vaping and vasoconstriction

One article I read cited a study where nicotine gum was documented to cause a 'significant' decrease in sexual functioning.

    Vaping and vasoconstriction

Hey guys, How's it going! Another somewhat random question from me... I was talking with a good friend of mine the other day over a few beers. Long story short, he's been prescribed ...... (like ......) because he suffers from ED. He's pretty overweight and tbh not really looked after himself...

    Upper limit of steeping effectiveness?

Last time I had to buy an 'interim' bottle from a vape shop to tide me over as my juice wasn't fully steeped after a month.

    Upper limit of steeping effectiveness?

Interesting stuff. I could do with a quicker method as I currently have to buy a month ahead of when I want to use. I tend to buy 100ml bottles and although I'm not a tightarse I don't see the point in getting ripped off by a middle man. I like buying off guys like Yaeliq and they often tend to...

    Mouth inhale safer for lungs?

Well, I've reached the conclusion that training hard, eating clean and indulging in a moderate level of vaping is likely less detrimental to my health than being a non-vaper who's inclined to sit on their @rse a lot and eat pies...

    Upper limit of steeping effectiveness?

Cheers for your thoughts guys... It pretty much supports my view that six weeks is the point at which most juices are at their peak. I mainly go for dessert / sweet flavours and FWIW Yaeliq has been quoted as saying that full VG needs 'at least four weeks'. I mainly vape 70/30 or 80/20.

    Upper limit of steeping effectiveness?

Interesting! One of the flavours which I feel improved around the 6th week was Yaeliq's Custard V2 (the other being Maple Pecan).

    Upper limit of steeping effectiveness?

Currently wondering if there is an upper limit where juice is effectively 'fully steeped'... I had some Yaeliq juices (2x100ml) and they DEFINITELY tasted much better at six weeks than they did at four. This was a closed lid steep with me removing the lid a couple of times a week to refresh the...

    Mouth inhale safer for lungs?

I would almost say that vaping on the way to the gym acted as a good pre-workout. Many people have a coffee/caffeine supplement before training and there is actually some evidence of nicotine being an effective fat burner (not that this is me trying to find 'justification' mind...).

    Mouth inhale safer for lungs?

Well, FWIW I did my first powerlifting workout since Nov last night (i.e. first since starting vaping early this year) and felt no discernible difference in breathing. And a set of heavy squats will test one's respiratory system pretty effectively, especially after such a long lay off! Prior to...

    Mouth inhale safer for lungs?

Just tried some Yaeliq juice for the first time after a good six week steep. Maple Pecan, Land of Milk and Hiney, Custard V2 and Ultimate Cake (with pecan and apple as the two flavour choices). I like it...

    Mouth inhale safer for lungs?

Good point about our ancestors breathing in loads of smoke - hadn't even occurred to me.... I vape 3mg juice and get through 3-6 mls a day - always one tank but rarely two, aside from on the weekend.

    Mouth inhale safer for lungs?

I speculate that living in central London was potentially worse for my respiratory health (I pretty much live in the country now).

    Mouth inhale safer for lungs?

I was being a bit tongue in cheek, but I meant that it is still maybe not insignificantly detrimental. I suspect it'll be years before we have a solid answer, but I want to make as informed a choice as I can. I've made a lot of bad choices in my life but you can't go through life being afraid of...
