How do you refill your premium cartos? I am used to refill by taking the caps off and putting the .... plugs in. I cant get the caps off these premiums without destroying them. They seem to be SERIOUSLY sealed on. I don't have enough extras caps from dead cartos...to keep killing the caps on...
