    It's been a year?!?

    Thanks all! :) Now that the wedding madness is over I'm hoping to go to some of the meetups. I'll probably go to Vapestock but not 100% sure as it's the weekend after my b-day and my kiddos may have other plans for me. I hope to at least drop by for a few hrs.

    Over a year

    A year has just zoomed by. I've been cigarette free now for over a year. My new goal is to ween down the nicotine levels. I've had a really had time of it since first trying to switch over since 2010. If I can finally do it anyone can...just hang in there and keep trying.

    Anyone ever gotten a black tongue from vaping?

    Only time I've had a black tongue is (as mentioned by Faylool) when I ate a Pepto tab and didn't rinse my mouth out. The bismuth binds to traces of sulphur in your saliva and reacts by turning black. I wonder if it might be some similar reaction going on.

    It's been a year?!?

    Just a little update since I haven't posted in almost a year. 1. I moved to the Tampa area (well a little north of) 2. I got married! (2 days ago) 3. I've been without a cigarette over a year now!! I hope everyone is doing well and that I might see a few familiar and new names.

    Breakthrough day

    Today I vaped my head off. I lit up one cigarette and stamped it out after 3 puffs it was so nasty. I'm worried about tomorrow. I'll be at work and my "smoke breaks" are about 4 min long and the e-cig just doesn't satisfy the cravings as fast or as well as a analog. Unfortunately, after asking...
