    dual coil 3.6mm ID? that's a lot of cotton imo. I usually stick with 2.5 - 3mm ID coils.

    Just dont overfill your wicks inside the JFC and letting it choke. I had no issues vaping 100% VG juice with Kylin.

    make sure you can move around the cotton inside the juice flow control, too much on it will choke the wicking, hence the dry hit. also, I hope you dont get the bottom seeping issue with your Kylin, several of us here at ECF (or many? im not sure lol) gave up on Kylin because of this issue...

    Best heating wire for rda?

    started with kanthal, now I prefer 26ga Nichrome (Ni80). little to no ramp up/ramp down time, crisper and cleaner flavor for me, ymmv.

    Drip or not??

    I prefer RDAs. I have yet to find an RTA that gives a satisfactory vape. I have a bunch of RTAs, none of them beats my Recoil RDA in the flavor department.

    unshelved the SMM, I really wanna like this RTA. rebuilt with 26ga spaced Nichrome 2.5mm ID, the vape i'm getting is so far really good. hopefully it'll last lol.

    did you make sure the coils are firing evenly from the middle outwards? hotspots / coils glowing uneven may cause burnt cotton/dry hits.. probably check out some tutorial videos on basic coil building and wicking, it'll help a lot.

    I have several RDAs, RTAs, and mods. But Smoant Charon + Recoil RDA is my main setup. I prefer RDAs as I cant seem to get that satisfying vape from my RTAs. I mostly vape custardy, creamy dessert liquids, and currently liking banana-flavored vapes as well.

    had bad experience with VV? I own Kylin and Icon, and to be fair, I only have problems with the Kylin, their Icon RDA works like a charm. And I heard good things about their Pulse RDA as well.
