    How many mg's to start with?

    its hard to say, when I smoked I smoked Marlboro Menthol Lights When I started Vaping I was 36mg for the first month, then my tastes changed and I went down to lower mg in different flavors...

    the cartridges for any of the E-cigs I have tried never lasted as long as they said but it still is slightly cheaper than regular cigarettes, especially when considering the health benefits... my only problem is I never smoked in my car or house before, so no I smoke twice as much... but oh...

    Non-destructively removing the hard premium "glued" end-caps

    I had some carts that had a longer one piece soft rubber cap.... I liked them a lot, they were on a pack of Menthol 36 cartomizers... I wish I knew why those had the caps like they do, I would gladly order more as they were easy to remove and replace....
