I also use a Blu and a 510. Both have good and bad points. DO NOT try to charge a 510 batt in a Blu PCC. The +/- of the battery is reversed. Another thing you may want to try is the 510 cartomizers. They work on both. gig

MisterD. I had problems with my ground also. I ended up soldering a jumper from my ground lead to the switch and have the switch hold it against the body, if that helps. gig
