Meanwhile I testet all my juices at 8.8W instead of 11.1W... the impact is tremendous.
Example: Seven RY4 6mg juice
o 11.1W... 570 Puffs
o 8.8W... currently at more than 2000 Puffs... and still working like at the beginning...
So: Wattage matters, even if the difference ist only 2 Watt... and...
Again such a great information in this forum... I don't have a problem when it's natural that Nautilus BVC coils have a limited lifetime, especially under specific conditions... I googled like hell about this and didn't find such an information... so I that I thougt that I am the idiot...
@Topwater Elvis ... that's exactly my intention... and I am really happy that you guys gave me the relevant tipps and hints... I asked the same question in a German forum... and when I said that I think that specific juices are more problematic than others they more or less told me that I am...
Yeah, the good thing is, that I have so much Nautilus + Coils that I won't even have a problem as an 'RBA-idiot'... time plays no role...
BUT: When I see that there are 'millions of' satisfied Nautilus users accross the world, I know that the problem is somehow me... and I want to find out why...
Currently the RBA-option is not so good... since I liked the taste of my Nautilus, Nautilus Mini and Nautilus 2 so much, I bought almost 10 of them for my girlfriend and me... plus many iStick Picos... so that we can use various devices with various flavours at any place... a typical foolish...
The only reason that I sofar bought from gearbest was that I wanted to get a first impression about the various flavours... at the end of the day I want to DIY...
And yes, I have a Liqua Tobacco... fairly sweet... sweeter than Hangson...
Re: Do it yourself... don't know how the law is outside...
Do you or others spot any liquid here that is quite 'burning-safe'? E-liquid - Best E-liquid and E Cig liquid for Sale Online Shopping | GearBest.com
You can simply filter by brand, flavour... etc...
I think I got what you're saying: some liquids... even of high quality and non-sweet... will turn into burnt-taste-problem-children, once you set the wattage to high... even 11W might be too high...
Those words make me 'thinking'... I didn't consider this... especially when there are some guys in some forums that call you an idiot when you say that liquid (beside PG/VG concentration) has an impact on head life...
Before I read your post above I was just about to dispose all my 'Pirate...
So far I more or less exclusively used Hangson juice... currently I am using Hangson Tobacco (very transparent, see links below), because I thought that this might be the most neutral one...
And yes, I will DIY liquids... once I passed my 'orientation phase'...
Those are the liquids that I...
Since it boils also down to the impact of liquid/flavour... which juice (that is internationally available, e.g. via gearbest.com) do you use that lasts 'for weeks' in a BVC coil?
thanks, so either you have the same problem as I am facing... or this range of head life is 'normal'...
But I am somehow quite sure that people talking about 'weeks' of head life either...
o are moderate vapers...
o or they forget and don't 'recalculate' that they use 5 tanks in parallel...
Glad to hear this... I would really be frustrated if I had to limit my MTL puffs down to 3 secs... I like the long and smooth puffs...
So, what is left as 'remedies'?
o Wattage below 11W
o air holes wide open
o and what I didn't do so far: I did the wattage related priming (e.g. 6 to 11 Watts)...
I have many different juices (I ordered like hell...), but for a consistent 'test environment' I simply want to stick to my 'test-juice' and only change the other parameters... in orders to see their impact...
What about:
o max 3 Secs per puff
o highest airflow
o 10.5 Watt
If this setup...
Do you really want to say that all of you guys clean their coils after 150-250 puffs? For me that would be 2-3 times a day... in my current newby / testing phase...
