Hey everyone i had a question about making E-Juice. So i have usp glycerin and i have heard it can be used in place of VG, but i cannot get any PG as to thin the USP, can i use distilled water to thin out the USP? If not what is a good thinner for DIY Juices?

I am a new member here and i wondered if i can make my own e-juice Without Vegetable Glycerin using USP Glycerin in its place. I do not know of any places near me that sell VG or Even PG, Is it possible to use USP Glycerin and Distilled Water to create e-juice?
