I believe its Viking Vapor that offers the drop down menu with different strengths of throat hit. I've heard of some people adding a drop or two of Everclear to increase throat hit too, but I'm not sure if that is how the bigger companies do it.

One quick recommendation concerning the BASIC liquids is to put tape over the label! I've completely worn off the name on my Forbidden and my On Top. Fortunately, I can still tell which is which by smell!
