Didn't see it mentioned in earlier posts, so I'll add this - atomizers have resistance as well. So even if you build a coil and measure it at .5 with your multimeter, it may read more once you install it. The atty, the 510 connection, the mod and even the batteries all have their own resistance...

Vaping 24g kanthal dual coil in a kennedy 22 clone on the cricket now, 3mm id 16/17 wraps, around .8 ohms. It's warm but not too hot, gets in a nice groove when the batteries fall to around 3.7 volts.

Looks good to me, I like the squonk holes coming out right into either side of the wick. Can't recommend squonking enough, it's got all the benefits of RDA vaping, without the constant dripping.

Really liking this one, intense flavor, decent clouds. 2x 26g fused with 32g, paralleled with 26g+.1x.5 tiger wire, 3mm ID ohms out to .11

An update, I bought one, I'm no expert, but I'd say these are legit. If they're clones they're damn good ones. The threads are like freakin butta, the fire button is silky, and my Fluke says the voltage drop is less than a 1/10th of a volt. And it's heavy. Like I could knock out a truck stop...

I'm not sure I want to see that. This looks like it'd be great if you're doing something more active, like hiking or whitewater rafting or building a house.

I should've said this is an in person purchase (kiosk in my mall), I'm going to pick one of them up regardless, $30 for a handsome mod like that is a good deal, even if it is a clone. Once I get it home I'll research and inspect it, if I think they're the real deal I'll get the other 2 as well.:)

All the batteries I've ever bought came in cases, except the 20700's I got from IMR. I keep those in cases I made from black plastic brake line tubing.
