I've noticed a couple of flavors I don't use as much have turned dark. Like deep amber dark.
Does this mean they've gone bad and need to be tossed out?
I thought that flavors didn't necessarily expire.

Thank you everyone. My past experience using cheesecake with or without graham (TFA I'm pretty sure) was the recipe turning out like sour cream. Yuck. :(
Cheesecake is a tough flavor to nail. I've never been able to find one I really liked.
Can you guys suggest a creamy, sweet cheesecake flavor that doesn't go actual cheese tasting?
