Same here. I went out of my way to find one EXACTLY (e8?) the same size and weight as a real cigarette. Then quickly realize that a 10 puff battery life wasn't going to cut it. Stepped up to an e9 I think or the vapor king size. Them up to an ego/Leo size which I stayed with for a couple years...
Yep thanks that clears it up. I understand PWM etc. I do electronics (servo controllers, micro controllers, etc)..
I noticed the led display is pulsing on and off at a certain freq. as well. You can see it if you shake it in your hand while it's lit.
Hi all, I'm a little confused on the vv setting. How can I get 4.1 volts (or higher) output when the battery level shows below 4 volts?
I clearly get more vapor the higher I set the voltage so is there a voltage step up converter in it or something to get more voltage output than the actual...
no i always remove the cartridge and make sure its not leaking any juice out the bottom. my manual still works. its the electronic switch in the autos that keep failing.
In the last 6 months i've bough about 6 or more batteries and all but one are dead at the moment.
I just got 2 new ones a couple weeks ago and only one is working now. so im back to only one working battery :( I have to replace my batteries every month.
I use the shorty autos. are all the...
and ones the bottom PCC light starts to blink it is charged as well. It seems a bit weird because it goes back into charge mode then blinks and it seems random. What i think it is doing is blinking when it is done then it kicks back in again in "charge mode" then realizes the battery is charged...
Ah thats the info i needed. I never had any v4l batteries before so nothing to compare to.. mine are all shortys.. 2 autos and one manual. and they all have the crown logo on them. they work great!
i got some shorty manuals and autos a couple weeks ago. How can I confirm they are the NEW ones? are the new ones the ones that dont work with the push in type chargers?
does it really help to keep the batteries on the charger for 8+ hours when you first get them? I never have so I wouldn't know but they seem fine if you just let them charge until the light changes to indicate its done charging, and they seem to be charged when they arrive.
i smoked for 16 years and quit cold turkey 2/22/10 then a month later found out about ecigs so i vape now. havent had a regular cigarette since the day I quit. no more coughing and weeezing.
the closest your going to get is an E8 by e-cig. they work good but they are so small that the battery only lasts about 40 pulls before its discharged and the cartos dont hold much juice.
Here is a comparison of the E8 against the short v4l battery
I have both and use the v4l mostly. i just...
I think my last comment about it not working from a completely discharged PCC is incorrect. I think I jut discovered that the PCC will not charge from a generic kr808 a/c adapter. its been onthe thing all day long.. so that exploains why when i put a batter on the pcc it shut off even while...
well the charge light for the cig was solid red the whole time too. so it looked like it was charging as well. i think the pcc just needs to have some (not sure how much yet) charge in it already then you are good.
Oh and today I have been using a different A/C adapter then the other day so...
well i think if its really low the battery will suck up too much and out of it and the pcc wont be able to charge itself fast enough. but I tried it the other day with a slightly used PCC charge and plugged it into the computer to charge it and then put a battery in it and eventually the PCC...
I got the 6$ corded ones.. I tried to change my order after seeing the super sale ones but the item was already processed (whew i guess I got lucky on that one!)
dont know about avery equivalant but i use MSWord. it works great. its all setup to align the cursor right inside each label. if you abbreviate the flavor ("cm-24" for Cafe mocha/24mg) you can get about 9 or more on one label.
