So I have a dual coil .25 build that was vaping beautifully...after about an hour the device is reading it as low resistance. Cutoff on my mod is .10 Any idea why this happened and what I can do to fix it?

Hey guys, so I have some alien clapton wire which is great, but as I’ve mentioned in another thread, I need a significant amount of wraps just to get it to ohm out above my mods restrictions. I’m looking for something where I can wrap a dual coil 5, 6 wraps and have it above a .20 lol, anywhere...

It rose and never went back, even when I turn the mod back on after awhile it reads a steady .16....it stinks because I love the alien Clapton but I just need so many wraps in order for it to to be of any use

I know all about my safety, but thank you for your loving concern. Maybe take the time to read and understand that I’m only dry pulsing the coils on the mech, to get the resistance up, and then vape on my regulated

Yes but just to pulse fire so I can get the resistance higher

And if it helps, I was doing this on a mech because the build was too low for my regulated so I had to dry burn on there to get the resistance up (the build was safe for it). Really I only use regulated, and just want to make sure I can continue to use this rda ?

Yeah almost certain it was that orangey red yellowish

I really don’t know, or know the difference. Just a quick spark, looked like from the post, or maybe the bottom of the deck idk it was so quick.
