I've tried the GT4 and it was very good. I still have the GT8 which came with the tank but it requires a wattage which is above the range I find comfortable temperature-wise.
Right, so I "migrated" from pure MTL with Zenith and Zlide tanks to a Vaporesso NRG tank about a month ago to start my DL journey and it's been awesome until now. Thought I'd jot down some notes in the meantime. At the same time I bought the NRG I also bought a Kroma-A kit with an iSub-B tank...
Nothing old-fashioned about MTL whatsoever. I still have a Coolfire Mini with a Zlide tank on it and enjoy it with cheesecake or tobacco flavors even though I've switched to 90% DL with an iSub-B and NRG tank on Kroma-A and Ikku P80 mods during the day.
I've switched from a Zenith MTL tank to an iSub-B recently. My first experience was not so good with bad taste and mesh coils burning out very quickly even on low wattage but that turned out to be a QC issue. Got my tank exchanged for another and have been happily vaping away on the first coil...
OK, we seem to have solved the mystery. I sent back the iSub tank to the supplier and he let me know the following:
Yes we did take a look Strangely the inner chimney had become oval in shape which didn’t allow the coil back in. We assume that has happened due to heat and the material not being...
I keep it simple. Recently switched from an all-MTL setup with Zenith and Zlide tanks to a restricted DL kit. I got the Kroma-A kit with the iSub-B tank which after some initial troubles is now doing great. While it was down with burnt coils (may have been a faulty batch or particularly gruesome...
Well, weird news! I got a new pack of Plex3D's and I've started out using the 60/40 liquid I described above (the one that earlier at 70/30 would burn out the coils in under a day) - the coils are doing great! I have even started refilling the tank with pure 70/30 when it got down to half-full...
I'm doing a little experiment now. Got a 100%PG nicshot for my 50ml Naked 100 shortfill. That should bring it down to a little under 60/40 which should give the Plex3D coil a better shot at wicking. Let's see how this combo does. Like I said, not giving up on the tank that easily. Also have some...
Oh, absolutely! One possible reason I came across were the fact there is very little cotton around the Plex3D coils and it is very tightly packed in with woodpulp so that sweet(ish) 70%VG liquids may just not penetrate the wadding fast enough. The second is the flow control in the iSub tank...
I've been an MTL vaper for quite some time now, using mostly Innokin products like the Zenith and Zlide tanks with mesh-type coils (0.48 ohm). Always enjoyed it and admired the products as well thought out and put together.
Getting curious(er) for DL vaping I got myself an Innokin Kroma-A kit...
Two Naked 100 juices: Hawaiian Pog on Ice and Lava flow
You have to love strong fruit and a hefty menthol hit but then these are really awesome. Also recently acquired an Innokin iSub-B with Plex3D coils so the flavor is so much more intense than in my Zenith or Zlide tanks.
I've got both the Zlide as well as the Zenith22 and I find the flavor is near-identical when using the same coil in both. I ended up using both because of that. The Zlide is somewhat easier to fill and easier to clean as well but the differences are tiny. Both are excellent tanks. Just got an...
No it's all in easy-peasy pictures on a little insert in the box. No actual reading is required from you. But if logging on and posting a question is easier for you, so be it...;)
Yes, it's all over the manual as well as the reviews which mention the driptip child-protection safety prominently. Either use the other driptip provided or sand the original one down a bit with regular sandpaper.
The new coils are awesome and fit my Zenith too. I've loaded up both the Zenith as well as the Zlide with the same Plexus3D coils and filled them with the same eliquid. The Zlide is slightly more restricted and wins over the Zenith but the difference in flavor output is minimal. Both tanks...
Already had the full-size Zenith since mid-18, got the Coolfire Mini kit with the 22mm Zenith tank since September. Tried the 0.5 ohm Plexus coils and didn't like them one bit so I kept to the 0.8 ohm versions which did fine. The one problem I had was the flavor. With the same juice, the flavor...
1) This mesh coil looks interesting. Is this just a technical progression from the first Plexus mesh or a radical departure?
2) I prefer the stainless steel followed by gunmetal and then rose.
