I would caution against a 601, the key to getting off cigarettes is a good reliable device that is affordable to maintain. The 601 cannot be said to be either of those things. epipemods do the CE2 budget pipe for $49, if they are still out of range I would recommend considering an eGo type...

I got my Protopype on 21st December so it's been in daily use for over 4 months now, might be a good time for me to report back on how it's doing. In short, it performs as well today as the day I got it. Not a single misfire on the button, it is still very much holding up with no maintenance...

They will make a single battery version to order, and a curved drip tip is coming from CherryVape just for the ProtoPype. The twin battery version is big, in particular the diameter of the top of the bowl. Heres pics of mine

Good to hear that you are happy with yours too Jimbo and that I am not a total loner around here :laugh: Mine has already become like an old friend, it's real nice to hold and feel the texture of the wood in the hand and I find I am savouring the vape much more than I would with a cig style...

Most people's first reactions to using eliquid in the IO is "holy smokes this thing kicks like a mule" - it is super strong compared to an ecig, the vapour is very warm and flavour is intense. Hence as Tim says, cut juice and consider using a much lower nic content than you would with an ecig...

There are a few people asking them for one, they will make a dinky cr2 based one to order. Ultimately with all ecigs you choose how much size you are willing to put up with for a long battery life. Can't have it all, but if small is the most important thing then they will make it for you, drop...

The manufacturer also makes custom pipes, this one has a large bowl as it has twin batteries, if you are willing to accept a lower battery runtime then a much smaller pipe is easy for them to make.

I am thinking the switch is electrical, it feels similar in use to the button on the Silver Bullet. It's holding up real well so far, no misfires just clouds of vapour and long battery life. Today is a week with it and still loving it.

Thats exactly my point, I threw money at multiple v1 and v2 models hoping for a good one and it took until v3 for a reasonable version to be available. Maybe it will be custome engraved, have a tesla filter and come with a free cameo and an invisible wooden box :laugh: I do like quite a few...
