Have you tried turning up the wattage a bit to see if it helps?

Just by the design it looks like it would produce great flavor. Its got everything I'm looking for, deep well, squonk capability, small chamber and airflow inserts. Not a fan of how it looks but I guess I can get over that. Just placed my order.
