My Smok AL85 is still going good. Bought it March of ‘18. The only mod I ever had die was a Fuchai 213 that I’d bought used. I’d say it had an underlying problem when I bought it though.

I got mine a few days ago. Loving the heck out of it so far. Have yet to use it out of squonk mode for more than a few moments. Can’t say enough good about it, though.

Does your top cap tighten down snug?

It’s possible. When I use single coil in my DR I use 3.0mm and 1/4 of a muji pad for cotton. No thinning. Fluff ends with your finger and cut just below deck. Did you find a suitable solution?

When filling your tank try these steps... Close airflow Fill and close the top cap Turn the tank upside down Hold for 3-5 seconds, then open the air flow Turn the tank back up and use normally I was told to do this (on Reddit) when I started and it’s worked for me on sub-ohm and rta tanks.

Which Nova mods do not have the ridges on the resin door plate? Is there a way to get a Silver/Colbalt without the ridges or is Onyx the only smoothed plate one that has the Silver trim? Thanks.

Mine came with the PMMA bubble tube. It looks great. Hope it lasts.

Been using this same method, basically. 1/4 of the muji pad, remove skins, no fluffing/thinning, tails 1/2 way between bottom of holes & bottom. Have had no problems yet.

I got a Serpent Elevate the other day and I have to say that their coily tool rip-off is quite handy. I’ve always used the handle on my Coil jig to measure off ‘drop in’ coils but I find this to be easier. I probably would have never bought the Coily anyway but I certainly can’t justify dropping...
