Thanks for the good wishes, I'm not too bothered about the medical descision but not looking forward to the tube out of my neck.

I am sad to announce I am leaving the forum, E cigs etc are no longer a viable product for me to use. It is not the product that has caused this descision, rather the medical team who have decided one of the lumps they removed from my throat may be more than they thought.

Final update for a while, all smoking bits/vaping as well packed away whilst I go and have throat surgery to remove 2 small growths - not cancerous just the docs would rather they were not there. Catch up in about 10 days time - go into hospital monday morning

How do I reduce the nic content of a purchased bottle of juice without weakening the flavour? It is an espresso coffee flavour but the nic content I am finding too strong. Needs to come down from 12 to 6. Coffee taste is great.

OK fell foul of going out and not having checked the level in the tank:-x did not take juice with me.:nah: Met up with friends and had a real ... they offered me- won't do it again - felt sick after it.50 years of the habit, coughing up the crap and now feel very cross with myself.

Update on how things are going. Now using a coffee flavour that I am enjoying. No real cigs touched for 2 weeks now. Have discarded the "Tobacco"flavour liquid .:rolleyes: Still like the Menthol but find it more suited to when I feel clogged up.

OK so loads to learn and try but have mastered the difference between having a vape and having a ....:thumb: I have two units already both fixed output, one was the Switz2 that the kids bought me and that has replacement coils, I also bought a budget unit so that I could use clearomiser tanks...

Not looking for better than flavours , just to find one or two to try. Nothing will beat the original products - just looking at options to try.

Have to admit , I have my own selection of flavours I want to try - citrus fruit based, so will tell the kids not to bother. Have already found one flavour I do like . 0% Nic 60/40 Menthol.

Alchohol flavour juices eg: whiskey, rum etc. I know what the real drinks taste like so a very poor juice would go straight in the bin. Family are really trying to help me make the switch. They have offered to buy different flavour juices for me to try.

Looking good then, all I probably need is the tweezer/spanner, have tools to change mobile phone screens etc and test equipment for up 2.8Ghz.

What selection of tools do most people have in their vape kits? I am not thinking coil winders at present

Further to the question you all have so kindly answered is it better to store off the battery and are there any precautions for the different types of tanks other than airflow holes and keeping the tank vertical?
