Anyone know anything about the Tuglyfe Mech mod? I keep seeing it for relatively cheap but I've never even seen the company Tuglyfe until recently.

so, i am kind of new to "complex" vaping, i see that generally 18650 batteries are between 3.2 and 3.7V, will there be a difference in Use time? im not all that educated on electrical either... so im not sure if a difference in voltage is even an issue.
