    Also, I would guess that someone would have to have a significant number of customers ordering from their area to justify the overhead costs of a local store.

    cignot failed

    Yes, it must be that there was an email error -- Vicki has ALWAYS been a fast responder to every email I have ever sent. Less than 5 minutes in some cases. In fact, when it comes down to reliability and quality they are AWESOME!

    I love Cignot!

    Absolutely agree - Cignot is awesome and Vicki is SO HELPFUL! I try new places here and there and there are several that I like, but Cignot is a staple for me and it's the place I recommend to everyone.

    Extremely fast shipping

    Cignot's customer service and shipping are hands down the BEST around! I have always gotten lightning fast service and shippping and Vicky is the sweetest person! I just received my order and it was perfect. Shipped within an hour of me placing the order too... Now THAT is fast!
