    Tell Trump About Vaping

Local and State Legislatures cannot change Federal Legislation without going to Court. Right now,we have several Federal Legislators fighting for us. In the Senate,we have Ron Johnson demanding information from the FDA on the regulations. The FDA has chosen to ignore these requests. And in the...

Yes,I understand. Who was opposed to changing the date of the deeming regs? Someone had to attempt to block it in order for it to be removed in the negotiation process.

    long term storage of nic

No need to worry--there will be no more e-cigs or the equipment needed to use them after the FDA enforces their new deeming regulations. Time well spent--contact your Representative and ask him(her)to support HB2058. At this point that is all that would save vaping.

EU Austrian court snuffs out planned e-cigarette restriction

So you don"t forget, the companies NEVER paid the attorneys. Good lawfirm, but I bet they never take another e-cig lawsuit without substantial money upfront and monthly billing with payment as it proceeds.

That is if someone has at least a million dollars to go to court. How many e-cig companies or consumers can afford that?
