Fair. I'm mostly basing numbers off my current builds. On my bonza mech running a 40T, I'll usually run between 0.11 and 0.09. On my old 26650 mech, 0.1-0.08. My old dual para 18650 mod was 0.1-0.075.
Mind you. The lower end for each weren't all day builds, more of a big kick build while at...
0.06 was just an example for low resistance. My boss used to run a 3x18650 mech for cloud comps and insists on pushing limits. Claims he used to run 0.04 on that mod. Now THAT is running too low for my taste for sure.
Hey, I'm looking into constructing my own triple parallel 21700 mod. The kit I found from Motley includes a 3034 mosfet and 15k resistor. I know from experience with fully mechanical parallels that I can build quite low on them, but would I have to worry about the mosfet cutting off power at...
I have an old geekvape karma (the original one that is only for 18650s) that was given to me and I can't get the switch open for cleaning. My boss insists I can dismantle it for cleaning, but I can't get it to budge at all.
Any tips for opening that switch?
The tricky part with that is that I'm completely building it from the ground up.
I did find a schematic for the build, but was on the hunt for advice and answers from people with first hand experience.
I'm building a custom stab wood box mod and I was thinking...
Is there a way to throw in a switch where I can toggle between series and parallel configuration? Ideally without having to remove the batteries from the sled?
I have a lot of excess space in the wood block to work with for this...
Yeah, upon talking to the other guy in my shop who has used a titan for longer, he said it might have been slight under wicked, or just excessive condensation build up. Rewicked it and there is less build up, bit it's also a slightly dryer hit sadly.
I've noticed my titan tank get spitty or leaky after a few straight minutes, but the wicking is perfect in it and it it's only a bit after extending use.
After tearing it down for a cleanup and to tighten a loose chimney section, I noticed it was POURING darker juice build up from the chimney...
