I’m pretty boring. I’m using and have used the same thing since I quit June 2019. Aspire K3 and I vape a 70pg/30vg Earl Grey flavoured juice.

I really love my Aspire K3. My husband uses the Aspire PockX. My K3 has great flavour and almost a year in, no complaints so far from me.

17 is too young to buy legally in ON. So he was probably buying black market. Of course no one in the media cares about that fact.

I feel like this was their intention all along. They can talk all damn day about reducing healthcare costs by ending smoking but those politicians are truly addicted to that tax on tobacco. So people actually quitting smoking tobacco are seen as a threat to them.

I’ve had people say, “you know that’s bad for you right?”. I have started replying with, “My 22 year 1-1.5 pack a day habit was worse so...”.

My blood pressure is down. I’ve gained some weight though because everything tastes so much better.

Harm reduction is not understood by many people, that’s why. Some people are very black and white thinkers and think you either do something or your don’t. That and they don’t understand addiction. For me, e cigarettes are a harm reduction tool.

Hey all. Update, gums are much better. I think the culprit was the toothpaste I had recently switched to. A super whitening toothpaste. I went back to my normal paste and the gums got better!

I only like Earl Grey when I’m sick! Otherwise it’s my least favourite tea! But the e juice (mine is from Canada vapes) is amazing.

I have an Earl Grey Tea juice that’s really nice except I bumped down to 9mg of nicotine so I’m vaping like it’s going out of style.

I really love my K3 but would love to try this!

Hi, all! I am so proud to join this forum and be a Quitter. 3 weeks, no analogs. I smoked for 22 years (I would quit only when pregnant), 1-1.5 packs a day. It feels good to not stink, to be saving $$, and to hopefully be reducing the harm I've done to my body. Anyway, 1 month into vaping...
