yeah and to be honest, FasTech clones are better quality than Innokin's genuine tanks. That's sad as performance-wise and overall 'usability' Ares is one of the best tanks I've ever had

as expected, no answer ... very very poor customer service and tank quality, will never buy any Innokin product again and will advise all of my friends also...

yes I did use the second plastic one which was in the box but not much difference to be honest. Also, weirdly there was no o-rings on the dip itself...

Hi Joseph, I've emailed support last week - no answer, then got in touch through Facebook as well but no one offered any kind of solution even I'd happily pay for replacement deck ...that's really bad and, honestly, not going to buy any Innokin tank in the future

yeah... I've had mine just over months, never abused it as was using my Kayfuns as well so definitely it is manufacturing defect unless they meant to work 6 months only :(
