Welcome Seasideboy1. Samsung makes numerous batteries, rated from 6 amps to 30 amps, so some would be good and some wouldn't be good. What is you target for watts? What coils are you using in the RDA?

"Advances" are usually a way to keep sales going rather than improve the experience. I just love working an RDA on a mech mod up to the right temperature and then hitting it at just the right time. Don't need the latest chip to do that.

@Kripotker Welcome to the world of rebuildables. The mod you mention will display the ohms of the coils. At higher watts like that, you'll be changing cotton more often. I have a zeus X RTA in rotation and it's a fine RTA. The build space is somewhat limited, so you won't get huge coils in...

That gives a good overview and I'm firmly in vacation mode now. I guess it's up to us to fill in the details, like making amends, fixing wrongs done if possible, etc.

I just rebuilt a DR v2 RDA with a new o-ring and it's as good as new. Very good build deck, good flavor, good airflow. The top cap tends to get stuck though. Still using a v1 RTA. It has a couple minor annoyances, but vapes very well. Been eyeballing a v3 RDA in a local shop.

July 29th was my last day. I tried a week of working part time but my heart wasn't into it. So I'm hanging it up. It feels great. Time to get some stuff done around the house, spend more time with my wife, do some things that make me happy, and start pondering the imponderable.

I always have a bottle of unflavored on hand. So far, I just use it to flush flavor out of an atomizer before using a different flavor. The unflavored is about 90% VG. It's a little sweet from the VG, and is OK by itself.

I shoulda looked it up first. One source says that steel starts to glow red at 460 degrees C. So normal vaping should not create a risk of exploding farts and there's no reason to hold them in.

Methane explodes at 600 degrees C. Would a vape coil reach that?

Welcome Balph. I'm happy using an old Nautilus tank with salt nic juice at 9 watts. It's about the same experience as a pod system. The coils last a long time at that low power.
