if you have a standard charger you can test the battery's if they both work with a standard charger the battery's are fine an the PCC is broken or the other way around. it is very possible to fry a battery on a single use more so when your first starting and don't know what not to do.

madvapes needs to order alot more 016's cus its a must have device. I'm sure many have sed o this is a must have unit be for but the 016 is cheap and powerful its amazing.

with the hollowed out cone you can stuff it with a bit of Polly fill and pop in any standard addy or cartomizer.

the easy was is with a large screw driver and a hammer an a pair of pliers. set the pliers down opened an place the coneamizers on it slide the screw driver in then hammer the addy out the bottom then use the pliers to pull the metal ring out. doing it like this destroys the addy thow.

should totally order 016 battery's like 200 or so an 200 chargers an like 50 or so coneamizers. i do admit the kit with the sweet box an all is great but it is cheaper to buy parts and more versatile.
