In the interests of doing things like this, can anyone tell me the total length of the different electronic cigarettes. I think the manufactures often give out the length without the cartridge so they are all inaccurate.

I don't know that anyone was actually selling to kids, just that its not properly regulated. As with everywhere, first we have a go at the sellers, then we have a go at the government, then we have a go at the media 'shock coverage' and then we blame anyone else. So we blame the thing itself...

The complaint is defintely understandable. Whether the seller really understood that it was a question of 'new' and 'presentation' rather than simple packaging of items for sale, is a totally different matter. Personsally I would like to consider packaging that means no damage to goods...
