Thanks for the tip BDUAres! This seems to be working for me, where everything else has failed! Using a 40% VG mix here. All of mine had such seriously consistent flooding issues I had seriously considered going back to carto tanks! :thumbs:

What's the current backlog on responding to tickets? Does it take a while to work through the ones that came in over the weekend? I've got one from last Saturday that seems to be lost in the system somewhere.

Looks to me like only the first 10ml of flavoring are discounted, since the system adds the normal 'upcharge' for the larger sizes? Compared to past invoices for the 110ml sizes, the total discount is only $.45, which comes to only a 4.7% discount on that size, no where near 30%. The upcharge...

On the last FA order I placed, it took slightly over 3 weeks to be delivered, if memory serves me correctly. About 1 week "in house" processing, and the balance of the time being tossed around by International Mail. Note also that FA does not provided any "tracking info" when you use this type...

As an update, when I visited the HC site today, it looks like the 110ml sizes are now selectable once again. So it was probably just as you suggested, something with the move. Thanks!

Shawn, Will you be offering these concentrates in sizes larger than 5ml in the future?

Thanks siouxsie! Hopefully they will get back to me soon on this, since I have an order pending that I am waiting to place. For me, since I use enough of it, the larger sizes are a more cost effective option, since the shipping costs per ml are much better in those sizes.

Today when I went to the site, I discovered that all of a sudden many of your flavorings are no longer available in the 110ml size? When you click that size option, no flavors are displayed. Are these being discontinued, or is this a glitch in the site?

finding a source for 5 & 10 ml bottles is definitely becoming a chore, especially if you are looking for the ones with the childproof caps. PM me for alternate supplier I use when HC is out of stock, and I just can't wait.

Personally I find the Dr Pepper (rum cola) quite good. I haven't tried any of the the others, nor have I felt the need to, since this one seems to be a pretty close match to an actual Dr Pepper flavor. Some other flavors to consider would be: Mountain Dew Tiramisu Orange Cream (dreamsicle)...

There is a big size jump from 10ml to 70ml in your flavorings sizes. Why not add them in a 30ml size, since you already sell 30ml PET bottles with dropper tops? Also, since the DIY flavors market is exploding with all sorts of new flavors, can you give us some info on new flavors you have...

Copper pipe is definitely one of the things I've considered. How do you keep the end cap on for the batteries? How did you handle the top battery connection? Any pictures of assembly of this one available? Thanks!
